birth controll is something either a pill or a patch that you take to keep from getting pregnant if you are sexually active. many girls over the age of 18 use birth controll to regulate their periods. birth control doesnt make you skip periods but it does make it so every period is 28 days apart every time. it makes it soooo much easier!
