advice

16/f

i just got out of the shower like 10 minutes ago, and i went to my room to get a shirt because i grabbed the wrong one, and i got this pain like i was gonna get sick or something. but then i came down stairs and it got worse. it felt like someone was stabbing me or hitting me with something repeatedly in my mid to lower back. because of the pain it was hard to breathe and i started crying cause it really hurt. it doesn't hurt right now, but what could it be?

have you gotton your period alreadi? or is it near your time of the month? cause it sounds like it might be some sort of very painful back cramps. if thats not the case you might also be getting these sort of "shocks" i get them a lott.. nd im nto sure why it happens but it jsut feels lik something keep stabbing me in the back and it really hurts, when i get them i try to take slooow deep breaths to get the pain to stop or if that makes it worse stop moving, and just sit still for a bit breathing verrrryyy slowly little by little until you feel the pain slowly start going away. if this really bothers you try going to a doctor or someone more professional but i think theyre sort of back cramps or like shocks from the muscles cramping or something ive had em for a while nd they havent gotton better but now i only get them lik once every 2 months or not even so look out ot see if you keep getting them and do somethign about it if theyre that painful. hope i helped =]
