Hi, my name is Katie and I'm 15 years old. In those fifteen years I've literally been through more than most people go through in their entire life. I absolutely love helping people, and I've been told by many people that I'm good at it. I'll definitely love to give you advice, but I'm telling you right now I will say what I think, I'm not going to sugar coat everything or tell you what you want to hear just so you'll give me good ratings. So if you have any questions, about anything at all, just ask away, I'd be more than happy to help =]

Hey I want to get a hair cut but I don't know what to tell me hair cutter.
My hair is very poofy and goes even poofier as it goes down (even straightened it is and the more you brush it the more bigger it gets). My hair is long like 10cm below my back. I got no layers because the last time I got one, all my hair didn't go straight down anymore but it went like diagonally in. My hair is seperated right at the middle (yes lame place to part but i was too scared to take chances).
I think that's about it..the hair I want is like this http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/2076/hyoleeh168giordano7xg.jpg
Please help me. I don't take chances with my hair because it's so ugly and dead, i always have it tied in a poney tail, and I'm 13 and already half my hair is white hair (in the inside) so I can't afford to take any risk really.
Thank you so much! Sorry it's long (link)

Unfortunately your hair will keep resisting the straightening since it is so poofy. I'm guessing since it's poofy you've got curly hair, if not that then at least a little wave in it?
Well I've got the same exact hair, the only reason it's straight in my picture is because my friend took about four hours of her time to help me with it.
Instead of getting your hair styled, as for prodcuts that can help tame your hair. You'll see it can be beautiful curly and not poofy.
I use four products, Nexus Versastyler is the best!! Then I use some purple gel from the store as gel. And Sunsilk's blue bottle, Anti-Poof products (Shampoo, Conditioner and Creame). Go to gethairapy.com for a free sample of those.
Good luck with your hair problem.
