there's an exersise that i call the firehydrant! it'll make your butt bigger and more musucle-ie this is what you do:
1.)get on all fours
2.)lift your leg up sideways and strech it out
3.) pull your leg back in and do the other side....
i'd say do about 50 of these everyother day ^.^
ookay... so you don;t understand? okay... get on all fours, like a puppy, then tift your leg up like you're a doggy goin on a fire hydrant, that's pretty much it...
