Call MeSKY
i;m 16 and i live in New York, The reason i decided to give out advice because i have been through alot in my life,
-I grew up without a father,
-dealt with abuse up till recently,
-dealt with many mental issues,
-dealt with death in a close knit family,
-dealt with disease.
-Jerk Boyfriends
-Sex issues
-Step Sisters
I've been through a lot, but it only made me stronger. I know what it feels like to be down, to be lower than you've ever been before, Sometimes you just need someone, even if you don't know this person just to talk too. When friends aren't as supportive as they should be, and parents aren't there. Thats why I'm here. I'm not perfect with advice but i will tell you straight up and do my best to help. No matter how big or small a problem is. I will be as open as i possibly can, and maybe just maybe( No promises though) i will help. Just know that talking is a good way to solve any problem..

I'm just going to warn everyone in advance that this question is extremely gross and kind of graphic.
Okay so I started recovery from anorexia last week, so I have to eat small things several times a day. So I ate 3-5 times, only fruits, veggies, whole wheat toast, yogurt, etc., all high nutrition, high fiber things. I chewed everything up I ate very very well and ate slowly and drank a lot of water, etc. But I didn't poop for like a whole week. So I took 3 laxative pills and drank 10 ounces of Magnesium Citrate. It gave me awful diarrhea but at least I feel better. Was that dangerous of me to do? And how can I start eating again if this is going to happen every week? Help...I'm really sick and tired and grossed out. (link)

My best friend had anorexia,, and it was not easy at all.... May i suggest if you haven't already see a health care professional..
And don't take laxative because that way you may start another form of eating disorder..
The road to recover is very hard and you cant do it alone..
Its not only just the physical recover but a mental recover too..
Just take it slow and everything will be fine...
But NO MORE LAXTIVES or anything
Be Well
