[question#1]will i get a flat stomach and smaller thighs from this:

breakfast: special K cereal
lunch: hot pocket
snack: fruit/vegetable
supper: something not fatty
drinking plenty of water
doing like 300 situps everyday

#1 i'd say that you probably would... i don't know how healthy this rutine might be... but if it's only for a week or so it shouldn't be that bad... o yeah, andyou might only want to do sit-ups every other day because if you do them day after day your muscles won't be affected as much.

#2 a really good leg exersize is called a jump 'n' squat, it's where you squat down and then jump up as high as you can... i'd say do 25-50 of these everyother day, increasing the number by two or so each time
