if you like a guy, then you should definently go talk to him, and there's no question about it.
kinda flirt with him so he gets the idea that you like him, but so that you don't come off too strongly.
if he talks to you back, and you end up talking to him a lot, then in like a week or so, tell him how you feel about him.

thanks but i already have tried that, by being his secert admirer for Valentines day I tried to leave clues to tell him thats its me but he didnt get it
