how do you get pretty hands like the girl in this pic? there's no lines on her hands. And how do you get good skin like her?

I take a photoshop class I know photoshop forwards and backwards, it is all photoshopped with a tool called blending and possibly another effect called paint daubs. But I would suggest putting lotion on every night to get pretty hands like that. And wash your face every other night (not every night because you don't want to dry your face out)
