i did the cabbage diet, the original version from Poland, and i lost 7 pounds in 6 days. it's an unhealthy diet since you don't eat carbs, but you should only do it for 1 week at a time. And most people say its impossible to keep the weight off, but I prove them wrong.

ok last night i wore a pad
and i got a little blood on my underwear
and i have ben throwing a lot of underwear out
because they are stained too much
how can i try to clean them

heh, welcome to my life.
right after you stained your undies, soak them in cold water, rub soap all around them, and then take two different sides of the underwear, and rub them together. make sure it`s where the stain is. You may need to scrub pretty hard, especially if the blood has already dried. If cold water & soap don't do the job, try using straight ammonia, which contains enzymes that break down blood. If your garment is white, you might try a little bleach as a last resort if the above 2 methods fail.
