On my application form it asks "Have you ever been refused a bond application?" What is that and do I answer yes or no???? I'm not a criminal so if it has anything to do with jail and stuff I guess its a no but i want to know for sure. Please help. Thank you! (link)

the answer is no.
If you are ever arrested you have the right to bail. A bailbondsman can refuse to loan you bail money. If you've never been arrested you've never needed bail.
