how do you tell if your bra is too small?

like if it rides up when you lift your arms does that meen its too small or too big?

Suprisingly 80% of women wear the wrong bra size. When I worked at Victoria's Secret, we were trained to find your correct bra size.:

1. Take a tape measure and measure around your rib cage (right beneath your bust line.) Take that number & add 5. Write that number down.

2. Measure your bust at it's fullest point & write that down.

3. Subtract that number (from step 2) FROM
the number (from step 1).

4. If your answer is, this is your CUP size:
0=A cup
1=B cup
2=C cup
3=D cup
4=DD cup
5=E cup

5. Your number from step 1 (after adding the 5) is your BAND size.


To answer your question: If your band size is riding up, your bra size is too loose. So adjust the band with a tighter hook. If that doesn't work, you'll need to find a small band size bra (ex: If you're at a 36B, switch to a 34B.)
