My boyfriend always promises me he's going to call and that we're going to hang out. I never get a call and when I do its to late to do anything. Or he will tell me to call him, and I will call, and he doesnt answer and when he does, he always says he'll call me back. Don't get me wrong, sometimes we do, but it seems theres more dont's then do's. Is it wrong for me to get upset ? I'm not mad at him, but I'm not sure, I just.. I feel upset when he doesn't call.. Is it wrong for me to feel this way ?

No, you have every right to feel upset. I have been in your position before & it's very frustrating. Just talk to him & tell him not to say anything he can't stick to. He doesn't need to be making promises to call you, but tell him you like for people to stay by their word. It can be possible he's avoiding you, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions quite yet until you talk to him & find out if there's a solution to this.
