ok ive been going out with my boyfriend for about a month and i want to tell him i love him, but my best friend says i should wait longer or wait for him to say it first... is she right??

i think you should wait a little longer. your friends right. if you tell him now and he's not ready to tell you back you would probably feel awful and start second guessing your relationship. it might also scare him off if he thinks it's too soon. unless he's already told YOU he loves you and yoy're ready to return it, i would wait til you've been together longer.
