if i eat 0-500 calories a day and excercise for 10-30 minutes 3-6 days a week how much weight do you think i will lose over the course of a week?

That's extremely unhealthy. You're supposed to be getting around 1,800-2,000 calories a day. Cutting back your calorie intake that dramatically is a sign of anorexia. If you keep that up for so long, you're going to suffer from a lot of heart/health problems later on in life, if you live to see them. Trust me, I have to deal with a few myself. If you were decide to temporarily stick with that diet, your metabolism will crash & you will gain all that weight back (& quite possibly more) once you returned to your normal eating habits. A healthier approach would be to eat 5-6 small meals/snacks throughout the day. If your body gets in the routine of eating every few hours, it'll burn those calories faster because it knows it'll be eating sooner. Then stick to a 30 minute-1 hr workout 3-5 times a week & you should see results within a couple-few weeks.
