advice

i asked this question earlier: my arms are both fat and muscular and i want then to be skinnier. does anyone know any workouts or anything to help them get slimmer? thanks in advance.

you told me to use small weights and to do alot of repititions. im 5'3" and i weigh 140 lbs. i'm currently bench-pressing 16 lbs(8 lbs on each side) and doing 3 sets of 25. is that good? i don't want my arms to get bigger as in muscular i want then to be skinnier. thanks for answering!

They wont get bigger.
Three sets of twenty five, yeah that seems pretty good... but bench pressing will work more of your shoulders than biceps/triceps.
Dont get me wrong, It will work, Just out of experience, I'd say arm curls would work more efficiently.


P.S.
Eight pound weights to do curls with? those'll do it for you. I don't know exactly how many you should do, because I don't know how active you are.
but a good way to find out is work with your nondominant arm and count how many you can do before you start to get sore. DONT OVERWORK IT. you'd only hurt yourself. just until you start to get sore, then use that number as your number of reps. and gradually try to increase that number by like fives or so.
