im 17 and at my work there is this 24 yr old guy who has a crush on me. it was fine at first becasue he's really shy and i would just catch him looking at me once in a while. but now he writes me little notes saying he loves me and keeps asking me out on dates. then last nite as i was leaving he came outside and said taht he wanted to kiss me! if anyone found out he would be fired cuz my dad is his boss! wut should i do? well do you like this guy??
if your answer is no then you should tell him straight up that you dont have feelings for him. if hes a shy person like you said say it in a gentle way. dont hurt him. but if you do like him then tell ur dad and if you cant for some reason maybe because youre dad is those tuff guys then sneak around with him. but be careful you might get caught. you have to be really sneaky.

thanks for the advice cuz the situation is wierd mainly because evry1 knows him as this really shy guy that wouldnt make such agressive moves so when i ask girls at work for hlep they just don't belive me. and the other problem is that i dont mind him as a person so i would feel really bad if i hurt his feelings. if u hav ne other adivce, the next time i c him is saturday. thanks again!
