k so i have like "speed bumps" or w.e. and like they are itching like at randome times but when they are itchy theyr realllly itchy. some one told me that when your boobs itch that means there growing. is that true?? _(link)

Have your breasts stopped developing?

If they haven't- yes, it could mean they're growing... I remember having itchy boobs for the 2 years when mine were growing.
