Okay Im 15/f and I weight about 192 pounds. Im about 5'6 r 7.I have lots of muscles I guess.
But I want to lose weight and quickly. Ever since I was 11 i was chubby. Its has just gotten worse in my opinion. I want to excercise but I have no motivation and I don't run becuase, Im afraid of what people might think seeing me run. What do I do I really need help and no one I know can help me!!
Well.. actually i am having the same problem you are i would like to loose at least 20lbs. but like you i dont have the motivation to do it. but just last week i started to change that..
here is what you do:
Get up go outside and run at least a mile a day who really cares what people think or say to you at least you are out doing something good and healthy.
throw away all junk food. start eating alot of greens and fruit and drink at least 8 to 12 classes of water a day.
before you go to bed do some situps or something in the sort. i started to do all of this and i have already lost 5lbs. just keep at it and im sure you will succede to the weight limit that you want..
oh and no cheating... dont slip in a mt.dew or a candy bar instead dring a diet soda or water .. and eat a nutrious bar or something.. email and let me no if this works for you okay.
