My name is Katie....im a loving person who has been through a lot in life....friendship troubles, boy stuff, family stuff, i babysit, and I've seen my friends go through a LOT, so i know what i'm talking about.

I have a winter formal coming up, and I would really like to loose a lot of weight quickly. Which foods should I eat, and how many calories should I eat each day? I'm 14, and weigh 90 pounds, but that's because I'm super short and have like no muscle. I really would like to get a lot healthier because I eat a lot of junk food. Any help would be greatly appreciated =] (link)
Hey, you don't need to lose anymore weight! im 13 and i weigh 105 lbs, and poeple think im really thin! and im 5'1", which is kind of short for my age. if you want to gain some lean muscle, do some light weightlifting.
to eat healthier gradually cut down on the amount of junk food in your diet. i foudn a good trick in a teen magazine (actually two): 1. count to your age before you chow down on chocolate, and see if you still want it or not. if you do, try waiting 30 minutes to see if your cravings for junk food go away.
