wow. thats hard. you don't want to lose the friendship over that. i think you should ask her what she would do if another girl liked her and see what her reaction is. then again, she might act like its weird cause she thinks you may think shes a freak, even if she was bi. do you understand that? i wouldn't just come out. test the waters. get it out in the open though about being bi and see how that works.
or you could go for it and easily explain it. if she doesn't feel the same, then explain that you'd like to stay friends and not let it get in the way.
