HI!!im caramella,id love to give advice for those who need it.You might not always like my answers but i dont care about ratings,cuz if i tell you something you want to hear all the time,and i get rated high and you end up making a big mistake,rating aint gonna solve the problem then.I want to tell you guys to think before you act and look before you leap in order not to make misttakes,if you have made mistakes NEVER regret it,regrets are a waste of time and happiness and wont change what happened,BUT it will give you expereince and teach you not to do it again and refine your future^_^regret over wasted time is more wasted time.

I love my boyfriend to bits but he's just so depressed with his work right now.
He is such a beautiful person but I haven't seen that beautiful person latley. He's been working in his job for 3 years this year. he's 20 going on 21! He is the only young male that works there, the rest are all older women.
The pick on him Constantly, they never leave him alone. He is the only one that is basically mentally abused by these women.
He's been looking for new jobs but there isn't a wide range of job opportunities around in our small country town. Moving towns isn't an option. Both our families are here and this is where we plan to have ours.
He looses sleep over it so he's always tired. I just don't know how to help him anymore.
I love him so much and it hurts me to see him so sad all the time.
It isn't effecting our relationship and hopefully it wont, I wont let it go that far.
The worst thing is, he seems to bottle things up most of the time. I do get him to talk to me but he just ends up in tears.

tell him to hold on a little bit,trust me the people at his work dont matter at all,theyre all old ladies and theyre probably jealous he can move around and do more work then they can lool.You yourself need to be strong when talking to your guy so you can make him stronger,tell him how much you love him and that these people at his work can be mean to him mabey cuz he gets more money or is more succssful in his job.He should be mean back to the people that bother him and shouldnt let it get to him.Everyone goes through this stage in their lives,but its actually not bad that this happens cuz without the hard times in life we wouldnt have experience.Just be sweet and comforting with him and advice him with what i said and with what you beilive.
