i recently put on 10 pounds and it went mostly to my but and my boobs. I want to work out my stomach butt i dont want to lose the weight on my butt and my boobs. how can i do this? (link)

do situps, and RUN. you need aerobic exercise to lose pounds. situps only help you get abs. if you dont run and only do situps then you will get abs but they will be under all of that FAT. so, run or jog, and situps. If you want to tighten your butt ahah pedal backwards on a bike =)
