Hi, my name is Katie and I'm 15 years old. In those fifteen years I've literally been through more than most people go through in their entire life. I absolutely love helping people, and I've been told by many people that I'm good at it. I'll definitely love to give you advice, but I'm telling you right now I will say what I think, I'm not going to sugar coat everything or tell you what you want to hear just so you'll give me good ratings. So if you have any questions, about anything at all, just ask away, I'd be more than happy to help =]

I really want to lose weight but i'm just way too lazy to do anything and i don't know if i could really commit if i start. So how do i get my lazy butt of this computer chair and start toning up? And does anyone have some exercise tips like say do 10 push ups today and add 10 more the next day? Thanks! (link)

Well from what you've said it sounds like you are like most of us. You want results but you don't want to do anything to get them or you just don't know where to start.
First of all, start out small. Nobody expects you to start running marathons tomorrow. Start by doing ten pushups and sit ups a night.. or if that's too much then do five. Just as much as you can handle. Start out small. Walks after dinner are a great way to burn off calories. Go with a friend, family member or even the dog would appreciate a walk with you.
Second of all, goals goals goals!! I cannot emphasize goal setting enough. Setting small, reachable goals THAT ARE REALISTIC help to keep you from quitting or saying 'this is stupid'. Set weekly or monthly goals. Like 'I want to be able to slowly jog 1/2 a mile without stopping by March 1st'. Work towards that goal by walking/jogging everyday. Increase the legnth of your jogs when it gets easy for you.
Working out with your favorite music is fun too.
Good luck!!
