Q: okay my names kayla im 15 and im a freshmen in high school/ i played soccer when i was in 1st grade to 6th i sadly stoped when my parents got devorcde and my family just moved and im attending a new school and they are haveing freshman tryouts in about 3 weeks i really want go out for the team but there are a lot of kids trying out and i need advice on

what are some ways to get in fast shape for soccer ?

what are some skills will they probley require to make the team ?

what are some soccer moves (tricks) that i should know?

what are some good ways to practice ?

i really want to make this team for a ton of reasons i truly love soccer please help me :)

I agree with the previous post but I would stress even more the endurance part. Run, everyday, run more, run run run.
it being the Junior varsity if you can demonstrate basic skill and have endurance you will look good, just practice a little with basic ball control enough to not look clumsy and run your butt off.

when tryouts start and the coach makes you run, lead the pack so that he/she notices you.
