Okay, so basically my friends think that I can't keep a secret. The ironic thing is that I have NEVER told anyone about their secrets. I mean I talk a lot but it's not about things that are suppose to be hush hush. It kinda obivous stuff like tests coming up or that new tv show and stuff. Yet when it comes to telling secrets, they always exclude me saying that I'm going to tell someone about their secrets. GAh! What do I do? (link)

When friends think they cant trust you, its pretty awkward. I mean, its almost like you cant be friends anymore. So first of all you should just FLAT OUT APPOLIGIZE. Say: "Look [insert friend here] im really sorry you think I cant keep a secret. But HEY! its a new year. & this year im not going to spill a secret".
now the next thing left is to not tell the secret.hard right? no way!
-try keeping a journal or a diary, So you can SPILL whats going on in your life ON PAPER! :]

-try using "code names" for eeeveryone in your grade, then hide your journal in a safe place. LIKE THE MATRESS! :]
