I would like some advice on what I should eat because I'm planning on going on a diet... I know some things I should avoid already like junk food, which isn't a problem. What else can I do to not slow down my metabolism and possibly gain more energy? I'm planning to lose maybe 20-30 pounds and I already have a way to exercise. I just need to know what things I can or should eat. Thanks in advance. (link)

ok.
eat alot of protein for the energy.
fruits and vegis are always healthy.
but you cant limit your diet to that.
of course, cut back or even off of sugar and caffeine, you know that.
and make sure you keep exercising.
