160lbs, 5'4.
i asked a question earlier about 'loosing 20lbs'. i lost 8lbs since then. w00t.
anyways, what i came here to ask was, is it possible for me to get a fourpack by the end of spring? and what excersises can i do for it?
congratualations, and if you are serious and faithful to the diet i bet you could + they always say "anything can happen if you believe in yourself".
I have faith in anyone who asks.
