i visited some sites

and yeahh i dont want my parents to see it of my brother or whatever when they go on the computer. they are kind of "innapropriate" if you know what i mean. i know you can delete the history and stuff, and that used to work, but if i clik on the address bar, the sites are still theree! someone please help ASAP ! i have windows XP, and im usint INTERNET EXPLORER [i have DSL but i dont use that internet browser]

all i know of is flooding it. like, say you went to a website that started with F then you go to a lot of random websites that start with F so they're the first thing you see in the address bar instead of whatever you don't want them to see.
