well this not might not help you but what i do is since i live in california i have this high peak over the ocean very dangerous an high an i sit on the edge an scream. no one can hear me because i am way up high an far away form the city so i just scream my heart out scream away all the pain scream away all the fear i ever had until the sunset starts to come and my through is soar.
that is what i do so just go somewhere that is far away from people so you wont disturbe anyone an scream.
