I've been really worried because I want to wear a tampon when I get my period. So I tried putting one on before i got it and it didn't go in. Is it not suppose to go in when you don't have it.. or does it take practice? What i'm wondering is how am i gunna put it?

You should never try to wear a tampon when you don't have your period because there is no lubrication for it to go in. Also, it can get stuck and that could be an embarassing moment at the gyno! Note that some people can get very sick when wearing a tampon, i.e. fever and body aches. Use caution!
