okay im 14 years old and i weight 120 pounds. oh yeha im like 5"4 i want to loose weight because i feel so fat. yeah i know watch what i eat. i dont eat junk food or fast food. i know that i could do sit ups push ups cruntches running jogging but do you guys have any other tips i could do cause i want to loose 15 pounds. please help me!!! thankyouu so much

Well, I can tell you stuff that helped me cause I did weigh that much and I'm your age. I didn't drink soda or antying after 6 pm, and drank lots of water and ate alot of fruit. And , I didn't do this but I'm about too, maybe do yoga, you can get a DVD and do it at home or go to a class. Doing yoga will tone your muscles and help you lose some weight.
