My best friend..always copies me. I HATE going shopping with her cus like ill buy something & then shell get the exact same thing! ugh & for my birthday i wanted coach shoes and shes like omg me too! and i was like ..hmm i think i wana get highlights and shes like meee tooo! and always agrees with me even when im wrong!! how do i get her to stop help me pleasee (link)

I've had this situation before, and what I did, worked.
Whenever we'd go shopping, or anywhere for that matter, I'd point out clothes that looked good on her, that I for one wasn't interested in at all. I would just be like,"That looks so adorable on you, you should totally get it. Purple looks great on you." And just show her what styles look great on her and what color to give her her own sense of fashion and tastes.
And just keep doing this. Point out things to her that might interest her that don't necessairly interest you, and like I said, try and just veer her away from your interest and get her to try and latch onto her own.
Hopefully soon after time, like my best friend did, she found her own hobbies and interests, and styles, and now we're totally fine whenever we go shopping and she's never copying off me.
The main reason she's probably copying off you is because she looks up to you, and she finds insecurities within herself that she needs to take care of, so give her some self-esteem and point out all the great qualities about her and make her her own person. :)
