I like painting my nails black or white, but I was thinking of doing black AND white, so I need a list of things that are black and white that would be nice on nails (dominoes, ying yangs, etc) (link)

Now those are really pretty, but they're professional, so the end result may be a hard for you to do cause they're so detailed, but I figured you might like the first part of the nail.

You could do a zebra design or the polka dot one would look cute.
Also, something else that is cute is doing a french manicure sort of thing, but just changing the colors to black and white.
