Hi, my names Melanie.
I'm fifteen years old.
I love fashion, hanging out with my friends,
and drawing and writing along with a bunch of other stuff.
I used to have an old account here that was quite known for awhile,
but I sort of just lost touch with it,
so I decided to make a new one.
I'll try and help you the best I can,
just hopefully I didn't lose touch with my good advice, haha.
And feel free to IM me with your problem too.
I also put my myspace in a link down below,
if you ever want to add me & talk.
But incase you don't see it or something, it's:

Today... me and my best friend were doing our handshake and this other girl thats a really good friend of ours...came up and said...show me the handshake so i can do it with you all. I am not greedy and i would have taught it to her but i remember a while back that when her and my best friend had a handshake...she wouldnt let me learn it and i didnt want to say that to her so i just walked away. Am i being reasonable or selfish...please let me know the truth.
thanks (link)

You're being sort of both.
I mean if I were the girl, that'd come off bitchy to me and I'd be offended, but at the same time, if I were you, I'd probably be doing the same thing, and she does somewhat deserve it, since she was basically the same way towards you.
Just explain to her that even though you're very good friends with her and everything, this is a special handshake that you and your best friend have had for awhile and it's just something special between the two of you. And then suggest maybe teaching her a new handshake that all three of you guys can do together.
I hope I helped.
