What do you do when your boyfriend tells you he wants to take a break because he has so much going on with work and homework and school and basketball and with his parents fighting all the time? but he still says he likes me and loves me and wants to be with me forever? I feel like i should respect what he wants but at the same time i feel i should be there for him and help him through it becuase after all thats what girlfriends are fo to help you through hard times and to give you advise and stuff. i love him to death and i dont know what to do! HELP im DESPERATE IN NEED FOR ADVISE!!! (link)

listen,all you can do is give him a break,you've been there enough for him,maybe he needs time alone to think about whatever hes going through,even though you want to be by his side in the battle hes going through within hiself,let him do it on his own,just tell him that if he ever needs a shoulder to cry on,or support to keep him up when hes down,that you'll be there
