I smile,laugh,love,and live in the moment. I don't think lifes worth wasteing on a boring day. I am happy and with who I am. lifes about friends who hold on to you,the people who you love and return it. I don't believe in changing for anyone, i can say that everything happens for a reason and if its not a good ending,then its not over. I Love music, and interested in anything to do with style,makeup,and fashion. I also love heroes, south park, and family guy :]. I'm done with the fake people,i've basically dropped all who never cared. and i'm actually happy,i feel so much better ! I've been through it,the friends,family,and the whole finding yourself. Track season starts really soon. It's almost November. Can someone give me some suggestions to help me stay motivated for track season. Last year I was running like a 13 something this year I want to run faster than that. Please help. ASAP (link)

hey i do track to! it rocks! anyways,its always good to have friends with you,but whenever you have a track meet- the night befr get lots of rest and eat spagetti,i forget what tis called but you build up carbs befor a race and it'll give you more energy,professionals do that.just dont eat meat the night befor! stay motivated-think- your up against people,be confident that you can win,you'll get first,or if you going against the clock just pretend a killer is raceing after you.hehe. hope i helped
