Thats me Chrissy. when you ask me about your problems you might want to here something different then what i might answer. but i will only answer the real thing. i will answer with what i think is best what i really honestly think you should do. Dancing is my life. you might want to know im 13/F almost 14 in feburary. i have the greatest friends and not to mention boyfriend who goes by the name Jared.

ABOUT ME! I'm 14 years old, slender, and young. I'm about 5 feet tall also.

QUESTION: How do you loose body fat around your stomach? Is it true that if you do a lot of sit ups each day, your stomach fat will be gone? What are things I could do, and eat so I won't gain more fat, and loose more fat.

i hate that fat
and ya i aint fat at all
im a dancer and me and my friend ask our teacher
what can we do to get rid of it. she answered sit up/crunches would do it.

when we do sit ups/crunches at dance we start regular position then raise our legs straight then back down. if you put your legs in different positions it helps better to get abs and the fat to go away. try 100 a day. i do 100 everyday and i realized i lost some fat from just starting aawhile ago.


please dont think itll go away like before you snap your fingers it will take a few weeks
