Dancing is my life. you might want to know im 13/F almost 14 in feburary. i have the greatest friends and not to mention boyfriend who goes by the name Jared.

how much would i need to work out a day [[or every other day]] to lose 2 pounds a week?

i know all about the precautions. stay hydrated. im just looking to lose atleast 5 pounds. cuz im 10 pounds overweight.
