13/f/8th grade. i really like those leggings (or some people call them footless tights). i love the ones that are really bright neon flashy colors or patterns. i also like tights or fishnets that are unusual or iddly colored. does anyone know any good websites? and please dont tell me american eagle. I don't really know any websites but I do know some stores that prob. have a website. Okk... Delia's has really cute clothes and the bright leggings you might find there. If you try hot topic ( i know i know it's a goth store but they might have them) or any other goth store they will sell them.
