Okay, so theres this boy in my school 'steve', hes a senior...and hes like a god {well u know what i mean} and we hang out sometimes and i really really like him, His cousin 'rob' is my age and he's best friends with steve. Rob tells steve to back off and not like me. Steve does sense they are best friends. I don't know if steve likes me..because he can have almost any girl he wants, and hes usually into blondes {i'm brunette} but i still think i have a chance. He's the kind of boy who expects BJ's after like a week though. and i'm NOT into that...any advice?! Should i ask him to hang out more or something? (link)

You like this guy Steve. You claim he is like a god or like a celebrity. I believe you are saying so because he is hot or good looking or whatever.
However, your crush on him seems to be solely on his looks, which is a little vain on your part. You should not just like a guy because he has a pretty face, there should be some substance to him which makes him a real man.
You claim that if you become his girlfriend, you do not want to give him BJs (I don't know what that is, but it sounds promiscous to me). And If that is all he wants, he is pretty low too.
As a warning, if you do get him, he has the power to get any other girl, so it would be easy come easy go for you.
I would say you do not get to be his gf but there is no reason not to become his close friend. In fact, I would reccomend becoming his close friend. then plan out your next move.
This guy sounds a little promiscous. see, guys don't gid slutty girls, so why should you dig a guy like that? you better than that, come on.
And as for asking him to hang out more...
don't bow down to a dude like that. Beg no-one, follow your own rules and your rules alone. If you have to ask to be closer to him, then odds are he does not naturally want to hang out more. Let him see things your way first.
