is crest whitestrips or the rembrant brnad bad for braces? my mom says it will dull the metal and bleach the colored 0-rings on them i dono. (link)

dont whiten your teeth until your braces come off. you will get marks where your brackets are, and they will be EXTREMELY hard to get rid of. if you want to whiten your teeth, wait until after your braces come off. whitenting (with braces on) can dull the metal and bleach the o-rings life your mom said. ♥ arlyn
