I am a junior in high school. I am not taking any honors or AP classes, and I am really struggling to even pass a class. I have mostly D's and only 2 A's: in choir and in cooking, which are both slack classes. It's not like I don't try. I DO try. I study constantly but I still get horrible grades. It it wasn't for completion assignments I wouldn't be in high school.

I had the same types of grades in High school as you did. I am not sure if it was the fact that I was taking classes that I thought I would never use or didn't want to take. When I went to our local tech school for Power Plant I ended up actually helping my teacher teach some of the advanced classes. I think I excelled here because it was something I was really interested in and wanted to do.... You just need to find what interests you.
