Q: okay im 16 5-4 and i weigh 150. i dont look really fat tho you kno what im saying? but anyways i have some fat on my stomach i want to get rid of and im caplable of getin ready of if i just stick with my diet the problem is i always stop my diet for stupid reasons. i guess you can call me a very bad dieter. do you guys have any ideas to keep my focus on my diet more?

at Subway...yes Subway...I found that great food, with low fat and calories was possible!!
also, some Lays Lite chips...are wonderous
also Dannon lightnfit yogurt! Vanilla...yum
now...150lbs, the ideal weight for you
would be 120 due to ur height...NOT TO WORRY THOUGH this can be lost in a matter of 3-4 months with exercise and proper diet...
It has been statistically proven...that if you cut 250 calories off of your diet...and exercise everyday moderatly for 45 minutes
you can lose 40lbs in a year...so walk/run everyday keep your calories below 1500 and your fat below 30grams...and you will do brilliantly, also you want to know the secret to keeping on your diet....your 16, and if u maintain this lifestyle...your going to gain more...and more...and more...until its too late...I dont want that for you...so give it a year....one year.....just one....and ull be living the life of Riley, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
