Is lipgloss, lipliner, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, foundation, and concealer too much for a 10th grader?

I haven't seen other girls wear this much makeup.

Is this too much makeup for my age? [15]

It's not caked on or anything... I'm just wanting your opinion.

If it's all neutral colors and kindof matches your face&isn't all caked on your face, then it's all not too bad. But if you have like hot pink lipgloss and like red lipliner and blue eyeshadow.. then yeah it's too much. I think maybe lipliner may be a but much... but it really depends on the color. Just make sure you don't loaddd it all on. Hope I helpedd :]
