ok so about 4 months ago i saw this guy, that worked in this shopping mall ... i had never seen him before... the point is was staring at me all the time i was there( in a really nice way..) and i did the same :) I kept going back for weeks... Till I plucked up the courage to give him my phone number and email address we spoke twice on messenger.. and sent each other a few emails.. the point is he continued staring every time i went there even though his friends have been there with him sometimes and I get the feeling he has told them about me.. but we havent exacly spoken face to face.. he has given me mixed signals cause i am usually the one who has sends him the emails and he doesnt answer for weeks . But a guy who stares at you for such a long time every time you see him... should mean something.. right? He has told me he is kind of shy… and he has a boring life.. Could he be hinting me indirectly that he is single.. Or something? He is working when i see him but that doesnt mean we cant speak...
I am really confused!! And any sort of help would do.. Ohh by the way im 17 going on eighteen and he is 21

there is a bit of an age difference and it doesnt really sound like you know his personality all that well. If he told you he was shy he might also be hard headed and just as confused as you after all you stare at him too. Id say hello one day ask him how he is ask him about a pair of clothes whatever lame excuse to start up a conversation. you can act right. guys dont always get signals girls send and if they do they might worry about whether or not you like them even though you email him you need to talk in person if you really want something to become of the relationship. remember every guy you see you dont have to date you can just be friends.
