Cancer scares me more than anything for many reasons.. I love scary movies but they scare me. I love to dance and sing like any normal teenager.. hi. I am a 13/f and i started my period about 6 months ago. I play soccer alot and do track in school. I have never used a tampon, only pads. My mom wont bring the subject up and i'm too nervous to ask her how to use it or if I can use them. PLEASE HELP!!!! my soccer tournament is in a few weeks and thats when my next period is supposed to come! any advice on how my mom can bring up the subject? or how i can get the nerve to talk to her about this?? should i just not tell her and just use one?? but i've never used one before and i'm nervous and dont know how to use one. PLEASE HELP!! thank you sooooo much
Complain that you cant go swimming next time your on it.. or say how uncomfy it is runnin up and down the field or aroudn the track with a pad.. just complain and go i hate this! it totaly worked for me=).
