i am 13 years old and i will be starting school soon. i want too lose a little weigh like 5-15 pounds. i want to do this in two weeks. wat are good exersises too do this? i know i may not be able to reach this goal but i want to try. i am 5'1 or 2. i weight 115 if this helps. also its not like im really fat but i have a REALLY big stomach and huge thighs. i dont know why though concidering i dont weight THAT much. so i guess i also want to know how to get a flatter stomach and smaller thighs.
