hey all,
school is starting soon and i really want to improve my make-up. most girls wear eyeliner in my school and i want to, too. but the thing is, i dont know how to put eyeliner on. i only have pencil eyeliner. some say you lift your bottom eye lid down and then put it righ above the bottom lashes, but when i do that some eyeliner actually goes into my eye!!! so is there anybody that can help me?? where do i put it? above the bottom lashes? or under the bottom lashes? please help!! oh and also... maybe some really cool ideas? add some links if possible! i have brown eyes and brown hair. i dont like the colors green or purple. i like red, blue and pink. thanks! Hey. Here is what I would do. Apply eyeliner to your lower lids ( To do this pull your eye down gently and then carefully drag the pencil across the pink inside. Repeat this until you are happy with the result.) Then put on gold eye shadow and then put white on top. Then take a pale pink and put it over the white. I know its a lot but those shades will look good with your eyes and hair. Then top it off with upper lashes mascara then your good to go! Hope I helped ♥ Kelli
