Q: My parents have been smoking since they were teenagers. I'm just curious if everyone who smokes has a really high risk of getting lung cancer? It's not common in my family and I'm worried that my parents will get it.

No not all people that smoke get lung cancer but yes everyone that smokes does have that high risk of getting it. Umm it not being common in your family makes it a bit of a lower chance that they will get it but that doesn't mean they won't. But don't worry not everyone gets it. Also it matters how often and what kind of cigaretts they smoke.
Good luck,
Hope I helped

I am cooky crazy and I love to party and have fun. I have brown hair, blue eyes, and I am kinda short. When I get older I hope to become a therapist so I can give everyone advice because that is what I love to do. I am in the 10th grade. Sometimes I can be real jealous about dumb things. I give great advice. And I even can say dumb things that make no sense. But over all I am a great person, advice giver, and friend. If you don't like me then good for you but I love me
