My mom won't let me date till I'm 18 whicu basically is never cause once I'm 18 I can date anyways so its never I want to tell her 13 is a good age but I'm too scared of a NO and I just need advice on how to tell her and what I should tell her like reasons point and ideas please help I do not want to get my first bf and 30 or my first kiss at 28 please help me...

13 is far too young in my opinion. I think 16 is a good age to start going out on dates, for mature teens anyway. When I was your age I agreed with you totally and thought my mom was a total bitch for impossing those rules on me. Well guess what? Now I'm 24 and I am surrounded by single parents and divorced friends everywhere I turned. Why? People get into relationships before they are old and mature enough to really make intelligent decisions. Listen to your mother!
